3 م ك زيت زيتون او ذره حسب الرغبه








(يفضل الزيتون)

كوب حليب للعجن







الصلصه

2 م ك صلصه
2 م ك خل








للتزيين




زيتون اسود..و اخضر

فلفل رومي الوان
جبن رومي
جبن مونزريلا
لحم مفروم

نضيف السكر الى الخميره و قليل من الماء الدافئ....

لما ترفع..الخميره ..يتم عجن جميع مقادير العجينه بعضها مع بعض..حتى تتكون لديك عجينه متماسكه

ضعيها في مكان دافيء لمده نصف ساعه او اكثر..
بعدين بقسم المقدار الى نصفين..

بعدين بالشوكه اعمل بها عدة ثقوب..كي لا ترتفع اثناء النضج....خطوه مهمه جدااا




بعدين اضيف الصلصه بعد خلطها مع الخل و الكاتشب..اوزعها على الوجه

اضيف جزء من الجبن الرومي+بقايا اللحم بعد تفتيتها+الزيتون+بضيف الفلفل الالوان

بندخلها فرن ساخن جدا...بعدين بنهدي عليها النار
بتستغرق حوالي 10 دقايق في الرف اللي تحت..و حوالي 10 دقايق زيهم تحت الشوايه و بتكون النار هاديه جداااااا
